Returns & Refund Policy

At Claire Bear Designs, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read the information below before purchasing.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads cannot normally be returned, exchanged or refunded once the download has begun, subject to your statutory rights.

If you experience a problem with a file, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

UV DTF Transfers

If you change your mind about a non-personalised physical product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Where a return is accepted, the item must be returned unused, unapplied and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Products

Products that have been personalised or made to your specifications cannot normally be returned or cancelled once production has begun simply because you have changed your mind.

Please check all names, spellings and personalisation details carefully before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for errors in information supplied by the customer.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

UV DTF Application

Please follow the appropriate application instructions before applying your transfer. Once a transfer has been applied, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for problems caused by incorrect application or use. This does not affect your rights where the transfer itself was faulty.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
