These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Claire Bear Designs. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.

Products

Claire Bear Designs sells digital design files, UV DTF transfers and other craft-related products as listed on our website.

Product images are provided as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, printers, materials and manufacturing processes.

Digital Products

Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item will be sent.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable software, equipment and knowledge to use the files before purchasing.

Files must not be shared, resold, redistributed or uploaded to file-sharing platforms. Purchase of a digital file does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork.

Any commercial-use permissions supplied with a product must be followed.

UV DTF Transfers

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the surface or blank they intend to use is suitable for UV DTF application.

Application instructions should be followed carefully. Claire Bear Designs cannot accept responsibility for damage or failed application caused by incorrect application, unsuitable surfaces or misuse. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty or not as described.

Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for checking all names, spellings and other personalisation information before submitting an order.

Personalised or made-to-order products cannot normally be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, artwork, designs, graphics, photographs and other original content supplied by Claire Bear Designs remain the intellectual property of Claire Bear Designs.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying design.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where we are unable to fulfil it, where a product has been listed in error, or where we reasonably believe an order involves fraudulent or abusive activity.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and your applicable statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable UK law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The terms applicable to your purchase will be those in effect when your order is placed.
