Claire Bear Designs supplies both physical products and digital downloads. Please check the product description carefully before ordering.

UV DTF Transfers & Physical Products

Physical orders are dispatched within the processing time stated on the product listing.

Orders are sent within the UK using Royal Mail. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are separate from our processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Personalised Orders

Personalised and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Please ensure all names, spellings and personalisation details are correct when placing your order, as production may begin shortly after your order is received.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically and will not be posted.

No shipping charge applies to digital-only orders. Your digital files will be made available electronically following successful payment.

If your order contains both digital and physical products, shipping charges apply only to the physical items.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, postal delays may occur outside our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us and we will assist you.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your physical order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.
